Andrew Gibson purchased the office in October 2014. This was an existing real estate office situated in the Victoria Plaza on Victoria St Cambridge.
Andrews background was based in extensive teaching positions both here in New Zealand and overseas. Choosing to move to a real estate career in 1989, this enabled Andrew to quickly become empathetic with both buyers and sellers. This elevated Andrew to become very successful in the tough market of the early 1990’s.
With further study Andrew was offered a position managing a central city Real Estate office. This gave him a much better grasp of the everyday needs demanded by the company’s clients and customers.
Andrew and his wife Christine move to Tamahere (between Hamilton and Cambridge) in 2002 to take up the life of a gentleman farmer. However, being “retired” did not suit Andrew and he discovered the he was continuously drawn back to the world of real estate. He found solace working in Hamilton for a mainstream agency selling lifestyle properties.
Today Andrew does not actually sell properties any more, but manages and supports the staff that covers the greater Waikato area.
